At Innover Group, we provide our users with feature-focused websites, browser extensions & applications that are geared to customized and more specific browsing experiences. Our products facilitate specific functionality and provide ease of access to information and widgets that can be accessed from the new tab, start page and/or via browser search settings.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of persons ("you(r)") who visit, access our website, download, install and/or use Ezy Screenshot & Custom Web Search (the "Extension") for search applications installed on your computer or mobile device.

This document describes our obligations under applicable data protections laws, and explains what type of information we are collecting and how we are using this information.

1. What information we process:

In the course of browsing our websites, installing our products and using our product, we capture the following:

Information necessary to the proper functioning of the Extension.When you use the Extension,we may collect certain types of information that you explicitly provide to us including but not limited to files and inputs captured while using the screen capture, screen recording or print tool of the Extension.
Information you provide to us. We may collect other types of information that you explicitly provide to us through your use of the Extension, information provided by you (including your name, telephone number and/or email address) if submitted by you as part of a feedback form, crash report, enhancement suggestion or other communication from you to us.
Automatically-captured information. Apart from the types of information listed above, we automatically collect information from you in order to optimize the Extension. This includes without limitation, your interaction with the Extensions and its associated website (e.g. your clicks, impressions, etc.), your user agent, browser information and certain information we extrapolate therefrom (e.g., your browser language, type and version and your OS type and version), user ID, certain install flow events (e.g. the source from where you install the extension, referring URL and install date) and other usage information.
We also collect your IP address and certain information we extrapolate therefrom (e.g., your geolocation and the name of your ISP). Please note that we anonymize your IP address as soon as it is technically feasible for us to do so. We also collect anonymized information, including without limitation, the Extension Version, source version, type tags, device type, screen & window size, page load & connect time, and the date/time for relevant events and metrics.

We also collect identifiers that we or our partners associate with your browser or device to help us provide our services, such as:

Cookie IDs or other user IDs that are specific to your web browser, but do not directly identify you. (You can learn more about cookies here.) We use cookie IDs or similar assigned identifiers that are placed on your browser or device by us, by websites that use our services, or by other partners to make sure the same device does not see the same advertisement too many times. We may also use cookie IDs to recognize your device or browser if you have visited our website, or the website of one of our content partners, before. We also use the information about your visits to web pages which we receive from cookies to help us understand how our services are used and improve our services.
Click IDs, ids that are added to your browser when you click on an advertisement. We use click IDs to measure and report on the number of people who engage with our services so that we can determine how effectively we and our advertisers communicate with our users.

Perform essential functions that enable us to monitor, manage and enhance websites, browser extensions and applications;

Ensure customer service by actively engaging with users and responding to their queries, suggestions and addressing complaints;

3. What we do with the information we process.

We process the information we collect in such a way that it cannot be attributed to a specific person. Information that can be used to directly identify you is held separately and securely to ensure you are not identified.
We reserve the right to process the information identified in this policy where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure, but only to protect or assert legitimate interests, such as our legal rights, your legal rights and/or the legal rights of others.
In addition to the specific purposes for which we may process the information set out in this policy, we may also process information where such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

The employees of our organization, on a need to know basis, may be able to access your information in the following circumstances:

The information related to your search queries is collected by Yahoo to return search results for your query. Yahoo may use this information for internal purposes and the processing of such data is governed by Yahoo’s privacy policy. To enable us to monitor trends and detect fraudulent activities on the Extension, Yahoo shares such information with us in an aggregated form. Please be informed that the information we receive from Yahoo cannot be used to identify a user in any way. We do not take any responsibility for the collection of information or processing practices of Yahoo or any search provider and such practices do not fall within the purview of this privacy policy.

5. Retaining and deleting your information.

We retain your personal information only for as long as we need it.
We retain information we receive from advertisers, websites, and their representatives and from business partners for up to a year after we end our business relationships with them, unless we have a valid legal reason to retain it longer.
We retain our first party cookie information for no more than 60 days.
We anonymise IP addresses soon after we collect them where required by applicable law. We retain IP addresses we log and other device information for no more than 180 days.
We retain aggregated information for reporting and analysis for only for as long as we need it, unless we are legally or contractually required to keep it longer.
We retain personally identifiable information you provide through business communications as long as our business relationship continues, and in some cases longer if we need to retain it to exercise our legal rights or defend legal claims.

6. Security of your information.

We will take appropriate technical and organizational precautions to secure your information and to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your information.
Regardless of where you are located, we will store all your information on secure servers, personal computers and mobile devices, and in secure manual record-keeping systems.

Our website may include hyperlinks to third-party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties.

9. Personal data of children.

The Extension is targeted at persons over the age of 18.
If we have reason to believe that we hold personal data of a person under that age in our databases, we will delete that personal data.

10. Additional notice to residents of Nevada

The provisions of Nevada law (SB 220) provide Nevada residents the right to opt-out of the “sale” (as defined under the law to mean) of their covered information. Please be informed that we do not currently sell covered information of Nevada residents. In the event we choose to do so in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to provide Nevada residents with an opportunity to exercise their opt-out rights under the said law. Apart from Personal Information that you expressly provide, we will erase all Personal Information within six (6) months of its collection.
